Cancellation Policy

Three-day Cancellation Policy

If a student cancels his/her enrollment before the start of the training program or no later than three (3) days after signing the Enrollment Agreement, the institution shall refund to the student all the money the student has paid. Cancellation may occur when the student provides a written notice of cancellation to the campus. This can be done:

  1. Electronically (email)

  2. Mail at: 3601 W. Sahara Ave. suite 103/104 Las Vegas, NV 89102

  3. Deliver in-person, at Genevieve Training Center location.

The written notice of cancellation, if sent by mail, is effective when deposited in the mail properly addressed with proper postage. The written notice of the cancellation need not to take any particular form and, however, expressed, it is effective if it shows that the student no longer wishes to be bound by the Enrollment Agreement. Student who cancel after three (3) days cancellation period are subject to the refund policy.
